## How a first call goes

A first call usually lasts five to ten minutes. We talk through:

- What is the vessel or aircraft
- Where it is berthed or hangared right now
- When the next departure or charter is
- What needs to be ready by then

If yes to a walk-around, we arrange the visit at your slip or apron from there.

## Pre-charter and pre-delivery

Call as early as possible. Because we are starting out, we keep the client list short on purpose. We will tell you on the first call whether we can fit your schedule.

## What we don't do

- We do not accept new clients by email.
- We do not accept new clients through web forms.
- We do not respond to social-media messages.
